Payments, Refunds, Returns

All payments are made through Paypal to ensure safety and security. Once an item has been purchased and the buyer makes payment the monies are held in escrow until the tracking information has been entered. 10% will be deducted per transaction as commission to Homewhere. The remaining amount will then be transferred onto the Paypal account of the seller.

Should a buyer receive a product that is damaged or not as described then a full refund will be made. The seller must then arrange collection or claim on their shipping insurance. If the buyer just changes their mind then they are responsible for arranging delivery back to the seller and the seller will just refund the price of the product only. NB for damaged goods please note and image will be required to help enable the seller to claim on their insurance

When the buyer receives the item and discovers it is not as described or is damaged the buyer can get a refund and return it. The seller is responsible to refund the buyer in full and is responsible for any shipping costs.  This must be within 14 days.

Should the buyer just change their minds within 14 days, they are able to return the item and get a refund but are responsible for retuning the item and paying for shipping.
